1. Purchasing

By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions you, the Customer, are confirming that you are 18 years old or over, otherwise you will have permission from your parents or guardians.
All products remain the property of Essential Ceramics until payment is received for both product and postage. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Wix Payments, a secure payment system, or Paypal. We do not store any sensitive payment information.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
​In the unlikely event that you, the Customer, has purchased a product that is sold out, Essentia Ceramics will refund you or suggest an exchange.
Made to order products, once confirmed, are expected to be shipping in about 3 weeks.
We only sell products that we believe to be the highest quality. Due to the handmade nature of or products, there may be slight variations and the mark of the hand. The product is purchased as shown in our website images; the characteristics of the products are also described in the products' description section.
While we try to make sure that the colours of our products are displayed accurately on the site, the actual colours that you see on your computer may vary depending on the monitor that you use.
As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these Terms will affect these legal rights.
2. International Delivery
Orders from outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes incurred when the delivery reaches your destination. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot foresee their amount.
The charges of import duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient of the order. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
The cost of international couriers will be confirmed at purchasing.
3. Mailing List
When you join our mailing list, we will send out information about new work and upcoming exhibitions or events. Your email address will not be shared with any third parties, as it is purely used for us to contact you with occasional news. You can always unsubscribe from our Mailing List by clicking on the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any Essentia Ceramics emails. We hold copyrights & possession of all content found on www.essentiaceramics.com. If you would like to use any images or information found on our site then please contact us via email at info@essentiaceramics.com. We welcome the publicity and use of our content but we ask that we are referenced, credited and linked where possible.

We value your privacy as much as we value our own, any personal information that we receive is wholly confidential and will not be shared with any other parties.
You will be contacted with promotions and news on Essentia Ceramics only if you decide to subscribe to the mailing list.
